  We had to wait nearly 3 months for a sofa (our only real negative experience) but on the whole, although JL can be a little pricey the quality of the home furnishings is very good and the service from the staff is very good

  Gotta love John Lewis. Kitted out my new place in one shop. I got a choice of delivery days for my convenience. Great service and brilliant selection of products. Thanks JL as always.

  Fantastic service, it was really quiet though. Goods in stock as advised by customer service. Staff were really friendly and the price of goods (iPhones) best available at time of review. Plus a two year guarantee made it the best offer by far.

  Visited the Place to Eat cafe today with a friend and her assistance dog. We're both wheelchair users. Staff were amazingly helpful. Store and cafe properly accessible. We have similar conditions that cause a lot of digestive problems and allergies amongst various other symptoms and the cafe staff checked ingredients, found us suitable food and drink and brought it over to us, arranged furniture to make it easier for us and gave us water for the dog. Could not have been more helpful. I go to JL regularly because it's accessible and the staff are helpful and product quality either reliable or returnable. Excellent visit today and many thanks to the staff.

  John Lewis is a very big store and at times it is easy to feel a little lost in all the chaos. That said there are plenty of bargains and things to be found if you are prepared to spend the time looking. I like John Lewis and this is one of my favourite stores. Well worth a visit.
