  The pros: In general prices are good.I found Asda is around 20p cheaper than Sainsburys and Morrison's on most products. On a big shop it soon mounts up. The scan and shop service which provide hand scanners so you can check how much I'm spending is brilliant . Cons: The travelator from underground car park is constantly breaking down. It's absolutely nuisance and the issue has been ongoing for years. For goodness sake Asda, sort it out!

  Worst customer service I've ever experienced. My daughter tried to buy a miniature Baileys gift set as a Xmas gift, she had photo ID (driving license) showing she is over 18 but 3 employees surrounded her at the till and refused to serve her even with ID. I called for the manager who was 'too busy' to see me, eventually deputy manager served my daughter only after she was embarrassed and humiliated. Not good enough.! Intimidating behaviour by 3 females employees on the tills this morning. Really annoyed.

  Staff are, on the whole, helpful and friendly. Disabled parking bays underground cannot be used (even when raining) as lift has been broken for quite a while. This means only way from / back to your car is to take your life in your hands on the travelator. You had a refit in the summer (but not the gift obviously) and when this lift is mended, your score will increase. 🤓

  Great selection of food , drink and other household essentials. Fair prices and much cheaper than most other supermarkets. At times the staff can be helpful but with long queues and screaming kids its best avoided at peak times.

  I want to say what a lovely helpful member of staff u have who was working on the scan and go part of Asda tonight. Julie went out of her way to help me tonight when I needed to buy a cake. Also thank you to the bakery guy who did a cake for me tonight with very short notice. Some people are good at there jobs and others go above and beyond what is expected. So thank u Asda and more importantly thank u to those two members staff.
