  Budget Gym, posh prices. Newly renovated shower rooms do not worth paying £80 per month, nor the gym. When Banatyne took over, they replaced old showers which is a downgrade. Currently you are unable to have a relaxing shower since you have to keep pushing the shower on/off button. Also the water pressure is really low and showers give very little Water. Such a disappointment. This used to be really good before they took over! They renovated the whole changing room area but the materials they used look so cheap. I think they are some sort of cheap plastics. However, they charge £80 per month (recently the price went up). Having used gyms such as 3rd space in Canary Wharf and 360 gym in Tower Hill, I can tell you that this gym do not worth £80 per month. Such a let down. Cannot wait to leave this gym when my membership runs out. Extremely disappointing.

  Gone down hill massively since it was taken over by Bannatynes. As most people say, camp site showers now, but they also don't seem to be able to keep the pool at a temperature, it's either freezing or boiling, nothing in between, there were polar bears in there today and yesterday. The Bannatyne influence seems to have glossed over the surface to try and make it look sorted but overall it's a pretty poor surface tidy up with little substance behind it and cheaping out on the back end. They've also got rid of the creche, which seems daft.

  Recently been taken over by Banatynes, things are not going well. Terrible new showers installed, silly rubber wrist bands for getting around and using lockers. The gym needs a facelift, but so far they have done everything on the cheap and in poor taste with very little customer focus. It's starting to feel like a school gym with every cost and corner cut now long standing instructors and classes are disappearing. Now looking for new gym, gone beyond a joke.

  Used to love this place, I was a member for two years and left in July due to the lack of enforcement of pool rules regarding the children who attend for swimming lessons. Despite complaining nothing was done. I now go to Riverbourne - 0MG!! What a difference and cheaper. Staff are interested in you!! Equipment is fabulous and up to date, great vibe and rules enforced!!

  Andreas the GM is very friendly and helpful, this kind of leadership and management shines through to the reception and cleaning team. Very good day and Elizabeth in the cafe was very helpful. The massage was out of this world, I can't thank Carla, Holly and Rebecca enough, made our day. Thank you.
