  New layout pins you down the end so you can't get out after you're served. take a change of clothes as well as the wait is horrendous when busy..

  I love Costa it's my favourite chain, but the recent refurb in Walton is a disaster in my opinion. Slow service and no where near enough seats - the old Costa was a better layout I will have to find a new favourite . ☹

  Newly done interiors are nice. The staff here now are so slow, miserable and non atmospheric ! They look like they're doing me a favour to serve me......slowly. Please give some customer service training..

  One of the nicest Costa cafes we have been to. Friendly staff, great muffins, and the best coffee! Perfect for a break from shopping.
