  I was curious about pilates but also a little intimidated - but I really didn't need to be! Anna is incredible welcoming and personable, while demonstrating expertise and is always ready to give me a challenge when I need it. As a result, I've felt benefits in myself like being more toned, stronger abs and increased flexibility. I've now been attending for well over a year and have no plans to stop!

  As a result of attending Anna's Pilates classes I am successfully rehabilitating from serious physical and mental health problems. I put this down to the unique combination of Anna's personal experience, background in physiotherapy and extremely concise explanations; that highlight her crystal-clear understanding. These qualities combined make Anna the single-best instructor I have ever had the pleasure of being taught by. I find her classes a wonderfully holistic experience; and whatever the reasons you may have for wanting to attend Pilates classes, I thoroughly recommend attending Anna's.
