  I really enjoyed my CPD training on the Pilates Spine Corrector with Patricia in her venue in York. It was useful and inspiring and I would definitely consider undertaking further training courses.

  This is a great space for Pilates classes. The rooms are lovely - airy, calm and in an excellent location. The teachers are attentive with an emphasis on continued learning and reinforcement of good practice. The principles of Pilates are explained with care and all students are encouraged to understand their own bodies and, with help, to adapt the exercises to their own needs. Well worthy of a five star rating.

  Currently doing my MK pilates teacher training here and it's excellent! The equipment and the space is beautiful and the training is very good.

  I was really struggling with my back despite having physio, visiting a chiropractor and trying out various sports massages. Pilates was the thing that finally helped me long term! I have been so well looked after by Patricia and I really cannot recommend her highly enough. I even carried on with my pilates classes with Patricia through pregnancy and I'm now back doing a class with Georgia getting back into shape post pregnancy! I love it!
