  Bathstore Inverness were friendly and helpful, top customer service! They went far and beyond and I am so pleased with my new bathroom. I would highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them again without hesitation.

  when you call with a simple question about ordering something to collect, it doesn't bode well when you're met with sarcasm and a dismissive tone. Fairly simple question, do you stock this item - the response and tone being what it was, puts me off companies like this. They have no real interest in the customers or the customer service. The only reason to use it would have been connivence and speed, but they don't supply that either. Seriously poor.

  Purchased all our bathroom and toilet items for our extension. The show room is nice and all the products on display look good but don't be drawn in! Having purchased the following items, it's safe to say we won't buy from Bathstore in the future nor would we recommend. I do wonder if they are selling seconds? 3 toilets - two of which have minor blemishes in the material. We didn't notice till they were fitted so can hardly ask the plumber to remove to return. 3 soft close toilet seats - two of which are not soft close anymore. They were both about 13 months old. Complained to bathstore and now longer under warranty but offered to sell us two replacements. No thanks. 3 sinks - one of which has a marks you can only see from an angle. 2 waterfall taps - one became stiff in less than 12 months, other isn't used as much and is only now becoming stiff. Shower tank kit - it all failed and we had water everywhere. Bathstore got the supplier involved and in all fairness they worked with us to rectify. But wouldn't recommend the tray system that they sell as part of kit as that seems to be poor. The shower drain did fail and wasn't allowing water to pass, did ask Bathstore but gave up with them in the end. The shower, shower screen, bath and a small tap we got from them was and is still good. Sadly the other items were a complete waste of money and will need replacement. The waterfall tap in main toilet was stiff in less than a year and is due to be replaced now as it's just to sticky. Salesman was good but aftersales care has been atrocious with us having to chase them on issues we raised, and outcomes have been disappointing for the amount of money we spent with them. In summary, avoid as poor quality and likewise on aftercare.
