  Very helpful staff who were able to direct me to exactly the product I needed, having visited several stores prior to this one. B&Q offer a wide range of DIY products including gardening items. These types of stores are always difficult to navigate therefore it was very good to have great staff.

  Very poor customer service from above, floor staff were lovely but managers not so much... Had no time to deal with my situation and continuously interrupted me

  Staff very helpful but could not order what I wanted as unavailable even on line but the doors were advertise on line.

  Very helpful floor staff and good service at checkout. Not too taken Hythe window sales men by the door. Do not like to be heckled into sales of any kind!! A bit like the Big Issue vendors in town.

  Brilliant. We came in with the idea of getting a new kitchen. It was so straightforward as we sat down to put it together. Very impressed with the customer service, the planning and execution of our kitchen and being able to see what a mock-up would look like. Now, thanks to the good advice we received, and my husband's hard work in fitting the kitchen, we have a fabulous new space. The quality of the materials is fantastic - it is a Cooke and Lewis style with stunning gloss doors. We could not be more delighted. If you ever need any help, staff are always to hand and willing to help. 100% satisfied. Thank you.
