  "We don't care" the Customer Service Advisor ACTUALLY said when I went to COLLECT my parcel that should have been DELIVERED three working days ago. The subsequent REDELIVERY I arranged has been totally IGNORED and when I visited this post office I was a advised of a 35 minute WAIT - Absolutely SHOCKING customer service. This company DO NOT deserve to be in business.

  • Can be extremely busy at times. • Not enough staff on self service • unfriendly staff, can be condescending and indirectly mock you. • Average time being spent in here about 20-40min

  I actually really like all the staff here and often think they deserve a break. Once you understand self service you can bypass the queue and its pretty simple to use. I have posted here on a regular basis for the past six months and had no problems. my only question is why do the staff have to finish the transaction and place the stamps? Surely it would free up time for everyone if we could put on the stamps / push through the drop off ourselves?

  Most unfriendly and unhelpful staff I've ever met at a self service checkout. Have never used it before. Both ladies I encountered were very curt and short to the point of being rude.
