  Prompt service, but typically open only until 12:30pm.

  I've had my parcel signed for by postman using my signature as me and behold parcel goes missing and do you think customer service cares there covering for fraud and covering for obviously him taking my parcel and will not accept it's him that signed for my parcel so I'm having no compensation so il be contacting police as he said he signed my name and customer complaint won't take my word so basically fraud!!! Watch your Mail because basically postman can steal your parcels and get away free but let's see how police handles it the cheeky idiots are criminals

  The staff try their best to deliver your item, but if you Don't answer your door, Go out when you have order an item, Don't get on with your neighbours, Or don't tell Your REGULAR POSTMAN a safe place were to leave the item, then from 7.30am - 12.30pm the staff will hold your item there.

  I don't get the logic of the opening times. What is the point of having this collection centre? If one were available in these hours wouldn't they get it delivered home? At least they should send the items for collection to another centre which is open longer say till evening.
