::I have got so many blow dries from this place but purely because there is no where else convenient in canary wharf. This place is awful - In comparison to any other blow dry bar I have been (Hershesons for example - excellent service, any professional you get the final blow dry is so amazing and lasts at least 3-4 days) this place the blow dry doesn't even last a few hours. It really depends on who you get there are 1 or 2 stylists who are good at what they do but other than that its not worth it. The customer service is poor, the manager never takes the time to understand client needs or even bother asking the client on their experience. I have been avoiding this place now, as really feel I have wasted a lot of money on not worth it blow dries.

::Poor booking experience on the website, with annoying pop ups coming up all the time. No option to choose therapist which is not great. Had two mobile massages, first guy was good, but did very little to deliver a soothing experience (at one point he was tapping impatiently with his foot under the table - and I have a wooden floor, so it wasn't quite pleasant), second masseuse did create a nice environment but she gave me a body rub rather than a massage... Urban massage is a much better option.

::"+": The staff was nice and the appointment began on time. Although I booked a 45minutes blow dry the lady said that we would be done in 30 minutes and also gave a small discount which was very nice. "-": After reading the comments here and on Treatwell I was expecting it would last for 3-5 days. It didn't even hold until the evening... That outcome is very surprising given the lady used the blow drier together with the tongs to curl the hair. So on the Xmas party I was left with straight hair dirty from the products applied instead of having nice curls looking naturally. Very disappointing.
