  It's large, fully stocked, they have just about anything you might need for home and garden, the staff are very pleasant and lots of parking spaces

  Poor management ... Go for risk assessment first thing in morning to ensure adults and children are safe in your DIY store. A kind staff member gave me a plaster to cover a cut from a security cable in your power tool department today ... to protect against theft security cables are attached to items, unfortunately these security cables have been cut by an inexperience member of your maintenance department ... using a wooden club im guessing?? You need to think about the number of kids that are in the store with parents, you store has lots of dangers from items toppling over, sharp cutters, quite a few things are a risk for kids ... please dont add to this with taking a relaxed view on poor workmanship on security cables. I appreciate you need to protect your property ... but maybe consider placing a quality control on your shop floor like others.

  B&Q Kings Cross Road Dundee is a good store, in all the time I've went there, the staff are always helpful, they come across as a good team. I believe they are worth my 5 Star Review. 👍

  Great shop. Special thanks to Steve in B & Q floor department Dundee. Very friendly and he know his stuff. Steve was very helpful and gave his all attention to help us choose right stuff to buy also explain how put things together. Many Thanks Steve. Will come back again.
