  First visit i was given sound advice that allowed me to go home and consider my options. Having then searched internet i made a second visit and from there placed my order (cheaper than the internet too) and took delivery as stated. Couldn't fault the service or price.

  Not good at all, ordered Smeg SE364ETB 26th Feb online. I received an email a few days later to say that it would be towards end of Feb. I called them and dealt with a lovely girl she couldn't deal with the issue as she was new and put me on to someone else (lady). I explained to her that i needed it before the 15th as i was having a kitchen fitted, she advised that they don't keep them in stock and order them from smeg direct. So i said fair enough what else to do have available (as money had been already taken) and she gave me some options but just cheap stuff that had bad reviews. I explained that i didnt want anything cheap that would go in the next year. The entire conversation was hard work with her it was like she had somewhere else to be and also just didnt seem interested in helping.Then to top it off i heard a male come in the office talking quite loud and she started giggling like a little girl. Really not professional at all. So i asked for a refund took 5 days!!!!!

  Excellent service and Price. I had an issue with a dishwasher, that I'd bought online from Buywise. The customer service was top notch and resulted in a new machine being sent to me with minimal delay. Not just that, but they price matched with no quibble. Next time I need another appliance I will be going to them. Top marks.
