  Very helpful staff, good selection and layout. Free car park with lots of spaces too and they are open very late as well (I think it's 8 during the week). When I had issues, staff were knowledgeable and processed returns quickly and efficiently when there was an issue and even stuck on a discount as they'd not got the correct item in stock when I came to pick up.

  It's a good size soft home furnishing shop from a national brand. Good selection of stock that you wouldn't see in the smaller stores. Staff are friendly and helpful. Although the store is one of the larger ones I surprised to find how cramped the store was. Every inch of space has been used. I feel this is needless in such a big store and dare I say cheapens the feel.
