::Had high hopes for this Nero as a convenient place to get a caffe nero fix whilst visiting the station. There may still be teething problems but frequently the staff aren't the quickest or that polite. I've visited a number of times and orders are often wrong and when you ask for black coffee they still serve it with milk which is just irritating. Still hoping it improves.

::The staff appeared more interested in discussing their hangovers than serving customers. I ordered a black Americano, was asked if I wanted milk (which, of course, makes no sense in a "black Americano" - not paying attention). As I was waiting to pay, the cashier hissed at the Barrista to ask what I'd ordered... while I was simple standing there (my inference was that he thought he couldn't trust me). When I got on my train... milk in my coffee. I appreciate that hangovers are horrible. I recognize that chatting with your mates is preferable to serving an endless string of customers. Given Cafe Nero's tax reputation, my guess is staff aren't well paid. Nevertheless... Get a grip!
