  Disappointing for a supposed high end brand. Breakfast experience was poor, restaurant over crowded and hot buffet just warm. Chef behind counter was so miserable, and the customary one toaster for the masses, why, why, why?

  Friendly staff, immaculate rooms, clean heath club, lovely garden and bar and the breakfast is to die for. The hotel has recently had some work done so the views from some of the rooms aren't as they were but the hotel insist this will be fixed in due course. Free shuttle bus to the Celtic Manor resort too where there is all sorts of activities and more pools, restaurants and shops!

  Great place to stay - lots of parking and a friendly team at reception- We stayed and dined here with complaints only praise... well maybe a lift would be nice when you have 4 bags to take upstairs and through a couple of fire doors. Highly Recommend this place for a stay.

  Lovely hotel at a fantastic price. Spa facilities are great. Breakfast is a buffet style with plenty of choice

  Well situated close to M4. Lively and modern. Good health facilities. My room was only OK. Decor a bit tired and bathroom in need of a refit. I think this place was once a Premier Inn that Celtic Manor have snapped up and rebranded. Food was satisfactory. Friendly service. Overall very good value for money. Would stay here again.
