  5 stars are not enough. This hotel is amazing. The staff are incredible. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The spa is lovely and welcoming and the food is excellent. So much to see , so much to do and just a fabulous place to spend time. I loved every minute. Thanks for the visit. I will return without doubt. X

  Fantastic place for a work conference and the staff were excellent, only down falls I had were the room key didn't work then having to go all the way back to the lobby to sort it.. And the other issue was the rooms seem to be over looked in ways when they are 'cleaned' I found letters from a previous stay and also the tea and coffee box had used / open packets of hot chocolate and the tray it was all on was very dusty.. But this did not spoil the stay and the view is great

  Celtic manor, we have stayed a few times now. It desperately needs refurbishing. The rooms are stuff hot and outdated. We requested a fan it took several phone calls and a couple hours later was received. Golf courses are to a good standard. Pool side could also do with and update but it is adequate enough. The breakfast and service is to a very good standard. With all things considered it is three star rating.

  We went to the Christmas ice rink. We had a great time skating. It wasn't too busy and the staff were very polite and helpful. My only complaint is about the coffee from the temporary cafe beside the rink. The server did say the coffee was a 'good instant style' type. I tried it and it wasn't even that good.

  5 star luxury. Food was outstanding. Room was spacious and clean. Pool was nice and relaxing. Word of warning though - gets quite busy after 4 when the kids are allowed in. Food and drink are pricey but what do you expect in a 5 star hotel. Will definitely visit again.
