  I booed my car with Condor!! They are cheaper than the rest, but please make a note of the below points: 1. Make sure that you inspect your car properly especially the windscreen. 2 If possible take a video of the car and pictures 3. They would try to charge you a different amount at the counter so make sure that you have your receipt with you. 4. Otherwise it was a good experience. Giving them 2 stars because they tried to charge me extra even when I had a booking receipt!! Be careful!!

  Good price for a bad time. The person in the office is really rude and not the best listener. We had a missunderstanding about the time to bring the car back and I was trying to talk to her, but she just interested in talk with the driver (who was my friend who doesn't speak English), being really really rude. Even they said they will refund the money they take in first instance we had to wait over a month to have it back even telling us lies about the card machine, refunds never made... They insisted in having the reason even sending our bank statement. They trying to get money from every mistake you have. We asked to bring the car back 5 minutes after they close the shop (fair enough if they would have said no but they said yes). When we arrive it was close. I will never hire with them again. Unprofessional and rude until the end. I will not recommend it.

  Hace una semana que estoy esperando a que me devuelvan las 500 libras que deje de fianza. Y aun encima me han cobrado 250 mas por un error!!

  Quick and efficient service from the lady at the front desk and the lad on the lot, paperwork was sorted in 15min and everything well explained, vehicle check was thorough. The van I asked for was unavailable and I was upgraded to a transit for nothing extra. Great prices, efficient service, will absolutely use again.
