  Google needs to create a Bonus Star for people and places like Zabi at The Cycle Surgery in Chertsey. I took my 10 year old bicycle in to get the brakes bled. It turned out it needed a lot more work done to it. Right from the beginning Zabi was professionally friendly, he took the time to explain exactly what needed replacing and went above and beyond his job to get my bike back up and running efficiently. When I picked it up the following day and he wheeled it out onto the shop floor, I felt like I was purchasing a new bicycle - it certainly looked brand new! And the cycle home? Incredible! I couldn't stop smiling, even with the rain and hail. It's amazing how a few tweaks here and there can make the biggest difference when cycling. I'm pretty sure Zabi put in a bit more TLC than what was required and for that I'm extremely grateful. This isn't just a job for him, its his passion; and it shows in his work. Thank you Zabi, I believe you may just have acquired a customer for life :)

  My bike needed some emergency TLC; despite being fully booked in the workshop, the cycle surgery guys were willing to have a look at the bike and Nick fixed the problem, quickly, simply and with top customer service. Will definitely return.

  Great team at CS. Clint is always happy to find a solution to fixing my well used mountain bike and Zabi is an awesome mechanic. Best bike shop I've ever used! Cheers guys. Matt.

  My bike recently went in for its 8 week check up and to have some new handle bars and seat fitted whilst it was there. Zabi was fantastic, provided excellent service and explained what he would be doing. Workmanship was faultless. Because of this I’m now taking my other bike that was purchased elsewhere to Zabi and the team at CC.

  Absolutely outstanding customer service! I’ve been here with bike problems several times, and the team continues to impress me with every visit. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and considerate folks who know what they’re doing. Worth mentioning is Jack and Clint always going above and beyond to help; seriously can’t praise these guys highly enough! Would give six stars if I could!
