  I do like Debenhams as they're usually do have what I want. But why do they change so much when they refurbish these places!? I went to get a few specific items from what used to be the best cosmetics selection in the Boro. I probably could have handled the changing round of almost every cosmetic make, once I'd eventually found what I was looking for, but the sales assistant did nothing to help with the sale. In fact she talked me out of the 4 products I went in to buy with her 'I know everything' attitude an I only purchased one item. I'm quite happy to listen to someone who knows there stuff, but please, don't just lie to me! You need to check this Debenhams, It's under your roof even if it's a different department losing you money.

  Always excellent beats house of Fraser into fits which looks more like it's going to close down......
