  Fantastic store but way to dear you marks n Spencer can sell good stuff much cheaper come on it only gets wasted shameful.

  I love M&S but today in the cafe the service was appalling. There was a long hold up at the till and instead of drawing the lady aside to resolve the issue, the queue grew huge and the lady on the till didn't even apologise for the delay. What happened to good manners? No name tag so I don't know the name of the culprit. Blonde plump middle aged. Bad attitude..

  Good M&S this. Good selection of everything, cafe upstairs and decent sized food hall. The best M&S in the Teesside area.

  I really like this shop. The staff are very helpful and friendly. A member of staff spent ages today trying to get my sparks card activated after I had failed miserably beforehand. I have mobility difficulties so I find it very helpful to have a trolley to throw all my purchases in and not just food. I can buy a dress and a pint of milk in the same shopping trip and gave a relaxing cuppa midway if I choose. I'm a seasoned marks and spencerer . Always enjoy my trips to m and s.
