  The sales assistant Kasha at elemis is wonderful, very knowledgeable about the products, fantastic customer service skills. had a complementary facial with her and it really exceeded my expectation, very professional and relaxing. Highly recommended!

  A nice big store with a restaurant and cafe there is also a kat Von d section which my daughter loves.

  Extremely poor online customer service. Ordered two Michael Kors gift sets online and paid for next day delivery. However, when parcel didn't arrive, I rang customer services. After 25 minutes holding on the phone, I was finally put through to customer services who quite frankly couldn't care less. Offered to send out a replacement order only to find out that one of the gifts were no longer available. Not the assistants fault I admit, but when I then asked for a refund, was told that it would take 3-5 days to go back into my account. Not only that, he told me that the refund wouldn't include the delivery cost. After I refused to accept this, he then had to speak with his manager to find out what to do. I was told a template would be added to my refund request informing the relevant department that I had asked for delivery charges to be included. Finally, when I told him that I was so disappointed I wouldn't be shopping online at Debenhams again. His reply was 'no worried, that's fine" Really not the kind of service you'd expect from Debenhams after years of being a loyal customer!!
