  Store and staff were fine but paid good money for a suite and am very disappointed in the quality of it , I think the ad they have on tv is not true.

  You can’t tell a customer that they are wasting your time because you think they don’t look like serious buyers. It is very rude and disrespectful to say that to a customer even if they are or aren’t a serious customer. Dfs should learn how to treat their customers properly like professionals. I will never ever step into this store ever again and never spend another penny at this store. I am disgusted with the customer service. This shop doesn’t even deserve a quarter of a star.

  Absolutely shocking customer service. Received our sofa today which was faulty, upon immediately calling the store we were advised to send emails and wait for a representative to call the following week. The attitude of the store member was nothing short of disgusting- on multiple occasions she kept repeating “well I don’t know what you want me to say or what you want me to do”! (Perhaps take some responsibility for delivering a faulty item would have been a good start!). I am beyond disappointed- you quick enough to sell but your after care service is just not good enough DFS.

  Very helpful sales men, not too pushy and helped us get the furniture we needed.
