::Booked for these guys to come fix a fault on my oven. Said they would arrive before 11:30am. Hung around all morning waiting and they never arrived. Although it was inconvenient, they admitted to missing my booking due to a clerical error a couple of days later. They offered to come around that same day and they fixed the fault at a reduced cost. Good service, we were just unlucky with reliability on this occasion.

::Not happy with the service. They did not manage to fix our dishwasher, which is fair enough, but I was only informed about that after a week of waiting, where I was told in the beginning that they would have let me know within 2-3 days. There is a charge of £36 even if they have not fixed your appliance. I do not recommend them.
