  Repair engineer came on same day to fix washing machine. A tricky problem to solve why machine wasn't spinning properly? Problem was solved and sorted by a very knowledgeable engineer. Thanks again.

  Booked for these guys to come fix a fault on my oven. Said they would arrive before 11:30am. Hung around all morning waiting and they never arrived. Although it was inconvenient, they admitted to missing my booking due to a clerical error a couple of days later. They offered to come around that same day and they fixed the fault at a reduced cost. Good service, we were just unlucky with reliability on this occasion.

  Not happy with the service. They did not manage to fix our dishwasher, which is fair enough, but I was only informed about that after a week of waiting, where I was told in the beginning that they would have let me know within 2-3 days. There is a charge of £36 even if they have not fixed your appliance. I do not recommend them.

  Great company to deal with, arrived on time and the repair man sent seem very knowledgeable and friendly. Fix price repair agreed and carried out quickly without any mess or fuss. Happy to recommend, would definitely use again.
