  Couldn't be an added driver because I didn't have a credit card? So couldn't prove I lived where I claimed. Poor system implementation.

  Excellent service. Quick and polite. Basic paper works and checks were done quickly. This time I hired a van and the previous customer brought it late and they did not charge me for the fuel to compensate.

  Excellent service. The staff were all super helpful, really friendly and really went above and beyond to get me on my way. The office was really busy when I arrived and they handled the stress really calmly. When I returned the car I received the same excellent personal service. Highly recommended.
