::EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, JOBS WORTH ATTITUDE. In torrential rain, one windscreen wiper came loose and the blade effective self destructed, taking with it the second wiper blade. I managed to get the car to this Halfords branch where I purchased two new wiper blades. I politely asked if one of the abundant bike mechanics sat around in the store if could perhaps help me out and spend fifteen seconds using one of their spanners to tighten the clearly viable wiper securing nut on the bonnet I was met with a smirk, and a 'it''s against company policy mate, can't help you, you'll have to buy the spanner here and do it yourself'. Useless millennium tw*ts.

::I took my Smart car here today to have a headlight bulb changed. Very prompt and courteous service and reasonable charges. I’m very happy to recommend them.

::If I could give 0 stars I would. Most unhelpful staff I have ever come across. Two members of staff just walking around, another working on a customers bike and another stood at the tills. Walked out and will shop elsewhere! Couldn't believe the state of the car park, litter everywhere not a good impression.

::Not a good place service absolutley rubbish..attitude on manger shocking. I was going to buy £370 bike for my son. But while there to nuy 2 customers not happy with purchases bought bike 2 days ago and derailier detatched from frame. I think bike assemblers should have qualification. And manageress should be demoted..i left without purchase. I will not buy from penarth rd grangetown ever

::Lousy staff. No one seemed interested to help me and were talking very rudely to me when they were. My bicycle assembly was four hours late from the time they gave me and the guy didn't even look at me while talking to me. Didn't even acknowledge me as I was standing at the counter. Horrible place will only come back for my free service. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
