  Arrogant and rude mechanical engineer (the highest white man in first floor), low quality service. Treat customer according to their contrast is impossible . They do not care about after sales service. They refuse doing anything without money. This is the worst bicycle shop i have ever seen.

  Good store, staff always helpful and knowledgable. Helped me with picking the correct roof bar and accessories for my car.

  I had a new wheel fitted at Halfords and after cycling for only a 100 meters it came off. This is very dangerous in traffic!

  The tyre pressures were suddenly down on three of my tyres after blowing them up the day before. I was met by a helpful chap who took my details and then I was passed onto a technician. They sorted out the problem in about 2 minutes, every bit a quality service by very friendly staff. They offered advice on tyre tread and when they need replacing I will be returning there. Thank you.

  The staff in the Cardiff (Newport Road branch, bike dept) are some of the best you'll come across in a retail chain store. I have been served by various members of staff and I have yet to come across one that is less than well mannered, attentive and knowledgeable. Hard to believe that Halfords does so poorly in the Which survey of retailers. Bought electric bikes there in May.
