  Went to Halford booked my car in to get a dash cam fitted . got told to go and come back in 1h and 30m when I got back they said it cannot be done I'm not happy as they have my phone number and did not call me i wasted that time walking around doing nothing .will have to think twice before going again.

  Just took my bike to halfords to ask about a problem with my brake pads, staff were no help atall wouldnt go there again

  Bike broke down outside (battery), and the young lad assistant dropped what he was doing and came out to help. Cheers chap, top lad

  Brilliant! Can't fault the service. Great staff. Just brought my bike in for a service - did it while i waited, in about 10 minutes! Put a new gear cable in and checked the brakes too.

  Went to purchase a headlamp bulb and brake light bulb - didnt have a clue what I needed - staff very helpful and were able to tell me what I needed just from my car reg. Decided to have them fitted which didn't cost the earth and would like to say that John who fitted the bulbs for me was great - so helpful and very proficient - very polite - a real asset to Halfords. I would recommend this store .
