  A discussion of two halves. Came good in the end. This review is intentionally back-to-front because praise is due and shouldn't be dismissed. My second conversation was far more reasonable than the first. I was called back the following business day and apologised to for the first conversation. There are not many businesses who have the decency to admit when they have got it wrong, so hats off to you and thank you for the customer service I had expected in the first place. Initially I rated this as 1 star (because I couldn't give zero) and following my second conversation I have no problems moving this to a 4 - additional points for having the nuts to call me back and the correct part. However, without the first conversation, it would have been a solid 5.

  I actually went in to buy my son a bike for approximately £600. That set the father and son owners into a frenzy of questions and measurements. After trawling through different websites they suggested a bike for £470. It had a higher specification. I knew this because they reviewed every part. Not only that though, the internet price I could get at home was slightly cheaper but Hobsons assembled the bike and through in a free service. I have a place of call in the future rather then a faceless internet site. So to sum up, you may find cheaper but you don't get the service, assembly and advice. One last thing, they did say to go away and consider before I purchased and I did check other suppliers. Thank you.

  Great bought a saracen from there was mentioned to be £400 and they gave me it for £360, the customer service is really grate loads of helpful tips, grate prices I recommend this shop to any bike ridet

  Small, but really great bike shop! They properly checked & fixed my 2 Boardman Road bikes already on nice price. Guys are helpful & has good knowledge also works in quick & efficient manner. Not too far even from the city centre, less than 30 mins to get there on a proper bike or with car maybe even quicker, depend on the traffic.
