::Absolutely p*ss poor customer service, for your own sanity I suggest you shop elsewhere !!! Customer Service from a gentleman at the bike store spot on, however lady at the bike store totally uninterested and her phone manor appalling.

::OK but new store has halved in size which means display items and stock has also halved. Too small. Staff were helpful though.
