  Absolutely p*ss poor customer service, for your own sanity I suggest you shop elsewhere !!! Customer Service from a gentleman at the bike store spot on, however lady at the bike store totally uninterested and her phone manor appalling.

  OK but new store has halved in size which means display items and stock has also halved. Too small. Staff were helpful though.

  Fantastic team at the Castle Bromwich store.The team have always helped and assisted me and because of this I will continue to use the store and the brand.
