  Most Staff were friendly. Except the last day of our stay, the Cleaning Lady (very rude) would not Clean our Room!!! She had No English, but we gathered that she felt we should be moving out?? Had to ring Reception, Manager came immediately and sorted out the problem Only 1 Socket in Room to charge devices?? Food poor in Restaurant and hugely overpriced, a Burger with Cheese + Bacon and chips £20!!!!! I ordered the ale Pie 15 min later the Waiter Greg, came and said it was now off menu!!!! I had lost my appetite at that stage!!! Greg was helpful and embarrassed, they did not then charge for the other Soup & Pizza. The Loos in the Bar, 2 of the Cubicles had No paper all night!!! Parking overnight was Hugely expensive !!! Staff in general were helpful, Shuttle to Airport was Great. Room was good and comfortable. Would not stay again though. Do Not eat in the Restaurant - V Poor Food - Overpriced!!!!

  Super Hotel tolles Zimmer gerade wenn man zum Flughafen muss. Sehr zu empfehlen.

  Ein Stern für sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und freundlicher Hausmeister. Zimmer im dritten Stock, stellenweise schmutzig (Toilette / Brille), Teppichboden wellig und abgelaufen, im Flur platzt der Wandbelag ab.

  Außen pfui, innen ganz passabel, jedoch etwas plüschig und alles nicht mehr ganz neu. Der Service ist jedoch sehr gut und das Frühstück auch gut. Trotz Flughafenlage ist es ruhig in den Zimmern.

  Das Hotel ist herunter gekommen. Für mein Dafürhalten renovierungsbedürftig. Das Frühstück reichhaltig, aber schmutziges Geschirr und Besteck. Zimmer OK. Bad könnte sauberer sein. Wartezeit auf Bedienung im Restaurant schlichtweg eine Frechheit! Von Service keine Spur. Alles in allem ein kompletter Reinfall.
