  Whenever we have to fly out of Manchester we always use this hotel. Being located right in the terminal is an obvious advantage, but more importantly we've always found them incredibly helpful. We once arrived back from a long-haul flight and had a 8 hour wait for our next flight. My wife had taken unwell, and I phoned them from luggage reclaim and they immediately arranged a day-room for my wife to get her head down. The rooms are spotlessly clean and completely silent despite the proximity to aircraft, the restaurant and bars are very pleasant places to be, and most importantly, their breakfast buffet is first class. Everything you need and more from an airport hotel!

  Spent 2 days here at a conference and was impressed by the service, food and helpfulness of all the staff. All happy to go above and beyond to make our event go well. Bedrooms were very clean and conference rooms well maintained and refreshed.

  Stayed prior to flying out on holiday. We find it a great start to getting away and this time was no exception. Staff are friendly and the rooms are a decent size and well provisioned. As you'd expect for a hotel at the airport, food and drinks are rather expensive but not terrible. In fact, the hotel breakfast is cheaper than paying for it once you've gone through security at the airport. The hotel itself is on a raised walkway between terminals 1 and 2, so very easy to get to either of them, as is the train station. Terminal 3 is a little longer walk but still very easy.

  Una botta di vita!!! Solo per una notte, in business classe, al prezzo più alto. Tutto perfetto. Cena e colazione in longe.. Una solo piccola pecca, alla reception ci hanno detto che per colazione, dovevamo scendere al pian terreno, mentre invece, leggendo l'opuscolo sulla scrivania della camera, abbiamo scoperto che anche la colazione si poteva fare in longe e che avevamo a disposizione altri servizi, tipo la piscina ecc. Per quello che ho pagato, 254€ per notte, come minimo le informazioni dovevano essere più dettagliate. Comunque ci tornerò di sicuro la prossima volta. E mi porto il costume da bagno!!
