  We've ordered from this place at least a hand full of times. The quality varies, but usually is passible and it's easy via hungryhouse, so we carried on. The restaurant took this particular order, estimated an hour, then delivered the wrong meal. By the time we realised, the driver was gone, so we called the restaurant who apologised (sort of) and said the driver was on his way back with our food (which was likely to be cold at that point, but they did offer a 5% / £1.50 discount....). After 1hr30m had passed, the driver shows up and has a call with the restaurant in front of us, picks up the other customer's order and tells us that they are sending another car with a fresh on for us. Another 30 mins go by and we receive a cancellation through the delivery app. We called the restaurant and they told us that they weren't going to complete the order as the restaurant had now closed (at which point in the evening it was too late to order from almost anywhere). Not great, won't be back.
