  Jamaica Blue is always a good place to have lunch during shopping missions, the food is wonderful and the service is always wonderful

  Food excellent waiting time a little long crockery after dishwasher for The approved service could do with making sandwiches on the on premises

  Very poor. Skinny latte wasn't. Service very slow. Walked out after 20 minutes waiting for food as there were people eating who came in after us. Waitresses walk around a lot but don't do much. Saw food on the pass for over 5 minutes before it was taken anywhere. Best advice avoid at all costs

  Cambridge branch- Decided to have breakfast at this place today, young girl took our order, her attitude and service with a smile was not there, after taking our order informed us it was a 20 minute wait. Whilst waiting 3 other staff asked us if we had ordered- no structure/communication as to which tables had ordered. After 20 minutes we asked the girl who took our order where our food was- she checked and in a rude manner replied said I did inform you it would be 20 minutes, we informed her it had been longer - she then said let me check where you food is again ! We decided to not wait and informed the front of staff that the attitude and rudeness of the young lady was unacceptable - should not be working serving customers if can not face people or offer a service with a smile. Whole service was a shambles ! Will not be visiting again and will pass this on to all my friends to not try this place !!! .

  Only ever been here for breakfast / brunch and coffee but my goodness don’t they do it well. Great staff, Great coffee and the first place I head to whenever I’m in Chelmsford. Keep up the good work
