  I purchased a summer shoe in April but hadn't worn them until this week. They felt tight and I thought they would ease but they didn't On closer inspection found that they were marked 8/41 which I know is incorrect as a 41 is usually a size 7. I returned them to the store and was immediately told that they agreed with me and did I want to choose something else, obtain a credit note or have the money transferred back to my account. Well done to Mark. I have shopped many times at John Nelson and have always been treated extremely well.

  NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR....I agree with the above. I have purchased many shoes from this shop but this time the goods were faulty. The manager accused me of having wide feet!! NO! the shoes fit me but they are faulty. he is a passive aggressive man who would not exchange the faulty goods. I would have expected this treatment had I got a cheep pair of shoes from ALDI, but to have an expensive pair of shoes not fit for use after two wears, then you are selling faulty goods or seconds at full prices. the customer service was none existent. I will never shop in this store again.

  manager is a lying git who told me that the problem i had with my i had to take with sketchers, because they had been worn. i had worn them over a couple of days +they were not as promised on the box comfortable.i phoned trading standards who said as it was he had taken my money it was responsibility to deal with sketchers + not mine. but he told staff he will not refund . i am not in the area again so through his deceit i have lost £65 + u to could lose ur hard earned money
