  Station is calm and I can’t bash them for the trains not running. I think they could do with more stairs leading down to the station though as I found it maybe too easy to get down there.

  The timings on this service are wildly inconsistent. I understand occasional delays but this service has regular delays of up to 20 minutes. Even worse....much worse...is that opperators will leave the platform EARLY. I have missed trains that have left up to 3 minutes early and confirmed this with dispatch. This is inexcusable and lazy.

  Not the sort of place to be waiting in the dark, no cctv it would seem sandwiched in between an lidl area full of undesirables and not the easiest place to get to either My advise bus or taxi to temple Mead's

  Fantastic ultra modern Railway Station staff very friendly and polite loads to do well worth a family day out.
