  You're website is piss poor. It's impossible to find anything I need on the website. I don't want to have to go on a goose chase just to see what you sell and for roughly what price. I want to be able to go to the website and see if you sell a particular tool. What's is the point of having a website if it can't even tell me that?! I'll save myself the effort and go elsewhere.

  Bit grumpy this lot. One fella's alright and pretty helpful but the rest all seemed a bit sarky and patronising. Like they're doing you a favour for breathing. Got total bad vibes in that shop. You'd think they'd try a bit harder considering everything is twice the price of anywhere else. Caught me on a bad day maybe but wont go back.
