::You're website is piss poor. It's impossible to find anything I need on the website. I don't want to have to go on a goose chase just to see what you sell and for roughly what price. I want to be able to go to the website and see if you sell a particular tool. What's is the point of having a website if it can't even tell me that?! I'll save myself the effort and go elsewhere.

::Bit grumpy this lot. One fella's alright and pretty helpful but the rest all seemed a bit sarky and patronising. Like they're doing you a favour for breathing. Got total bad vibes in that shop. You'd think they'd try a bit harder considering everything is twice the price of anywhere else. Caught me on a bad day maybe but wont go back.
