  Two stars for the friendly staff. They are short of staff and always had to wat for 30 mins. Always crowded aswell. Avoid this branch if you can.

  Terrible branch - waited over 20 minutes on 3 occasions - staff are slow - avoid this branch if you have a short life expectancy, you will die waiting to see the cashier

  Great customer service. I like the deposit machine which can be used to deposit notes and cheques and they show on your account straight away. You also avoid the queues. The manager is friendly, helpful and approachable.

  This is the worst bank I've seen in my life bad customer service always have to wait. there is always no change for a big amount. it was really bad today I am not going there again i rather drive to kings heath branch which is much better!

  Nice staff, waiting time is always too long, need more staff.
