  Do not use! Unprofessional liars & crooks that will say anything for you to put money in their pockets. Let the fake reviews in which the agency has written THEMSELVES underneath speak for itself... You know fake accounts when you see them. Can not be trusted when they bareface lie need I say more... deal with at your own risk.

  I have been using Locate for about 10 years, having previously used another Bradford High Street Estate & Lettings Agent. Not only are the team at Locate friendly, helpful and very professional, but they are also great value. Last year a water pipe com8ng from the roof mounted water tank burst in the block of flats where I own a flat. Serveral flats were badly damaged, including mine. It took more than 8 months to get the property back into a lettable condition and as I lived several hours away from Bradford, the assistance I received from Nav and the team at Locate was outstanding. They managed a lot of issues that would otherwise have required me to attend in person, arranged a lot of issued to be dealt with and organised for contractors to carry out work. I cannot recommend Locate highly enough.

  We had a very good experience renting through Locate. We found every member of the team to be extremely helpful and professional and clear about what was happening during the process of renting our flat, ranging from the management of our application process and as to our queries relating to the deposit and its compliance. Throughout our tenancy when issues of maintenance arose, Locate were very responsive, efficient and their tradesman of good character. I have spoken to lots of estate agents in Bradford over the years and this was by far the best experience we've had. Accredited and Reputable Agent.
