::Unfortunately, I've got to concur with all the other negative reviews of this place - their observations are spot on: the Asian guy who I assume is the postmaster is downright obnoxious at times, and the ponytailed guy works at a pace that would do an asthmatic hedgehog proud, usually when people are queuing down the street. They need to learn about customer service, starting with what it means - go to Lendal instead. Unlike sending a letter, courtesy costs nothing.

::As others have previously stated, one guy is extremely slow (though he is friendly). The other worker served about 6 people in the time it took him to serve just one today! However, the faster guy was not at all friendly. He rushed every customer (calling the next customer forward long before the previous was ready to leave the counter), and looked extremely miserable/bored. A smile goes a long way!

::Dear Alice Riley you are forwarding wrong information to public. All our staff knows how to do Drop and Go and how it works. You were there and there were like more than 20 people waiting in the queue and you wanted to jump the queue.Drop and go facility means you Drop your parcels and go you don't have to wait in the queue but you didn't wanted to drop your parcel but wanted to get your parcel processed same time and there were many people waiting in the queue before you and you wanted to get your postage done by jumping the queue which is wrong and unethical. We can prove it. So please stop providing wrong information to public. Regards
Alice Riley
::If I could give this place no stars I would! I went in on Saturday and asked to use the Drop & Go service. The post master was incredibly rude - he was eating a sandwich whilst he spoke to me - chewing with his mouth open & he had no idea about how the Drop & Go service worked, despite offering it! It is very important to my business that parcels get dispatched quickly and this man's rude and ignorant manner meant that my customer is still waiting for their parcel. I will not be visiting this post office again and urge you to do the same. The post office on Lendal is much friendlier - understand the services that they offer and handle your mail with care. I urge you to go there instead.

::I went here today to post a parcel. Stood in a queue for 5 mins then got to the counter. Had to stuck stuff in the parcel and write the address on. The guy with the pony tail behind the desk tells me to stand to the side while he serves other people. I was like it'll only take me a minute to do this and I was on lunch break so didn't have time. His reply "other people are in a rush too." I'm infuriated, and think this idiot should get some customer service training. I've seen other comments here about thus guy and completely agree with the comments.
