::I purchase a Rover Sport cost of vehicle £55,000 about 10 days ago. I ask them to remove a few scratches from the car which they agreed. I collected the car and took it home. The following morning when the sun light hit the car it was covered in scratches and swirls . The in control system was not working , I had also ,my fault left some paperwork in the dealership . I work as a business consultant in the Motor trade so aware of what Marshalls standards are. I live in Nottingham so it would be a 2.5 hour round trip to go back to the dealership . Sorted the paint work out myself at a cost of £200 by having the car detailed. The in connect system is still not working, the FCA paperwork I left 10 days ago as still not arrived, must have been sent by carrier pigeon. I have called Range Rover direct to try to sort out the in control system still being sorted . I have called the dealership and e/mailed them regarding my three issues this is pointless. I would not recommend anyone bother with the site connected to this group.

::No help, what we are looking, was from Service people. We know what we want, we know what we need, but they think they are best in the world, and answer was - take the car to us, and we will fix. Car are on the ramp and so many parts off. Whatever - never ever will go to Land rover service anymore! Thank You.

::Shockingly bad customer service – certainly not in keeping with the brand. They should be ashamed of themselves. We had a car serviced, they promised delivery by 4, at 4:10 we chased the car, only to be told it had left over 30 minutes before. After many calls we remembered the app that links to the car, which showed the car left Marshalls at 4:15. Despite many calls they continued to lie. We then spent over a week trying to get someone to call us back to discuss it and explain the inconsistency between what we had been told and the information on the app. No one called - they all went to ground - spineless. The person who eventually called offered a cursory acknowledgement we had been lied to – he felt we should be grateful for this. There was no acknowledgement they had simply avoided the issue and made us call them many times. Some people value their customers, Marshalls do not – terrible service. Sadly we suspect business is so good for them they have become fat and lazy. Sadly the next nearest dealership is in Peterborough – also Marshalls. Lack of competition = poor service. I would have scored zero stars – but Google insist on at least 1 star.
