  Didn’t handle the whole setting up process very well. Spent days making me fill in forms, only to reject my company for the plan for due diligence right at the end. Asked why they didn’t do it from the beginning and skirted the answer. Asked where I failed so I can change things for the future and they wouldn’t provide me with the infomation!

  I have been a member for over 5 years. I have always found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful and responsive to queries. I find the use of the app really useful and quick to receive payment.

  Always been very happy with Medicash. I have claimed quite a lot for glasses and dental stuff over the years and also for chiropractor and physiotherapy. It's definitely been great value for me! I've got the Medicash app on my phone now, so all I have to do is take a photo of the receipt and submit it that way. They pay out quickly as well.
