Asked why they didn’t do it from the beginning and skirted the answer. Asked where I failed so I can change things for the future and they wouldn’t provide me with the infomation!

I've got the Medicash app on my phone now, so all I have to do is take a photo of the receipt and submit it that way. They pay out quickly as well.
