I have been a client with Nailcraft Cardiff for 10 years and they are consistently of a high standard. The close knit staff really do make you feel at home and nothing is too much trouble even if you come and need a quick nail repair they will do their best to accommodate you. Whether it's your first time or 100th time you are treated with an attentive personal service to suit your needs. Now no company is perfect and I think you have to take that into consideration but Nailcraft always aims to deal with any issues asap so I advice you to go back asap rather than let it linger. You can truly trust in a company with more than 20 + years of expertise and an excellent reputation that has stood the test of time in an age where nail salons are opening and closing within a few years. For the latest services and trends then Nailcraft truly is the best in Wales.

I rarely write reviews but this company deserves a moment of any customer's time, to receive some well-deserved positive feedback! I have been going to Nailcraft for around 15 years now, and have been looked after by all the members of staff at various times. Each one of the ladies is a consummate professional, and the standard of nail care is consistently excellent. But the ethos within that salon is much more than the maintenance of good practice... it is a sanctuary for each client, where there is a welcoming smile, attentive service where nothing is too much trouble and above all, genuine friendships that seem to be integral to the lovely experience. This place is uniquely inviting for all these reasons, and I would invite anyone thinking about giving their nails a beautiful makeover, to step inside and feel special!!

The one star feedback is definitely someone trying to get a freebie. I cannot see that any form of communication would go unanswered at any time. I have been using Nailcraft for over 20 years. The word professional doesn't do the management and staff justice. Nothing is too much trouble and the products are first class. The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The length of time Nailcraft has been in business goes to show that they are the best.

I'm really shocked to read the one star review as it appears almost word for word on another review site I use. I too have used this salon. Though not as a one off but for almost 17 years or so. I have always been treated with courtesy, friendly professional attitudes and cannot understand why a nail would break. I have broken nails in the past due to my own fault and at no point have I been turned away once I've contacted the salon - any of the staff have been happy to deal with the issue. Indeed I have often not had to pay for the repairs due to my neglect. It's such a shame to see such poor reviews without actually contacting the salon and I'm sure a face to face discussion would have resolved this matter instead of taking to social media and causing damage to one of the few independent salons in Cardiff.

Very disappointed with both my nails and 20 year old daughters nails- we had tips and gelish on Monday 18 Dec as needed nails to last 3 weeks as we were going on huge family Christmas cruise- we flew out 20th, by Thursday one tip fell off my daughter, we were on holiday so not being treated harshly, so she had to visit a salon in Fort Lauderdale to get it fixed costing her $12 then by the following week we both had tips breaking off to the extent that we had to visit the nail salon on our cruise and both have the whole tips removed and new gelish put on at the cost of $76 each, we sent 2 emails and a message when we got home and had no response at all- very disappointed
