  So I was invited to Simply Bare by the beautiful owner Leah and can I just start by saying that she is a wonderful person inside and out! The building is absolutely beautiful! So warm and calming... I got to choose which oil I wanted used on me and was encouraged to feel the oils and smell them... I was offered refreshments (I opted for water which was served in a beautiful glass with fresh cucumber) it's little things like this that always count! I have suffered from insomnia and anxiety for 15 years now and as a result I suffer with joint pain, back pain and a lot of tension... I had the the aromatherapy massage and it was just amazing! The therapist I saw was so kind. The massage was just absolutely amazing I felt like a new person when it was over! I will be returning once a month and I highly recommend that everyone visits Simply Bare. To say I'm happy is an understatement! I cannot thank you all enough! The world needs more people like the owner and her staff at Simply Bare :)

  Terrible service. I booked in for a wax a week in advance. I received a confirmation email saying my appointment was booked. Today I arrive for my appointment to find the door of the salon locked and no one around. Eventually someone answered the door and said they'd be trying to call to cancel the appointment but I didn't pick up the phone (as if this was my fault - I, like many cannot answer the phone at work). Apparently the arcade in which the salon is situated closes at 6pm on a Wednesday (my appointment was for 530). Why I was even able to book an appointment at this time when they clearly knew the arcade would be closing I do not know. I did receive an apology but was made to feel it was somehow my fault for not answering my phone and was not offered any kind of compensation for my wasted trip.

  Fantastic service from the staff who work here. I've been a regular for a number of years and it's somewhere I always recommend.

  We try to go once a month for a head/shoulder massage plus facial treatments. The waxing was very good. I'm hoping to try the body massage very soon. first class service and the staff are charming. thoroughly recommend. @DavyPaul
