::I purchased an item this week - shop assistants are too busy chatting to pay attention. Someone’s iPhone was going off at one stage behind the till! On returning home they’ve left the security tag on my clothing. Meaning I now have to spend money to get back into Leeds city centre to have it removed. Very disappointing.

::Next shop they give me a voucher of £10 to spend online, I bought online a shirt which was to small, I went in the shop to changeit and the store manager give me a refund but without voucher and he said I can't reuse the voucher,so I should buy with a full price the new one.
