  I purchased an item this week - shop assistants are too busy chatting to pay attention. Someone’s iPhone was going off at one stage behind the till! On returning home they’ve left the security tag on my clothing. Meaning I now have to spend money to get back into Leeds city centre to have it removed. Very disappointing.

  Visted it in 16 july 2017 - some staff members in the children section were very rude and impolite.

  Received brilliant service and informed me about next day delivery in store, I gladly took upon the offer. Really friendly staff and happy to come back again.

  Next shop they give me a voucher of £10 to spend online, I bought online a shirt which was to small, I went in the shop to changeit and the store manager give me a refund but without voucher and he said I can't reuse the voucher,so I should buy with a full price the new one.
